It was the first musical written by composer Richard Rodgers and librettist Oscar Hammerstein II. Set in Oklahoma Territory outside the town of Claremore in 1906, it tells the story of cowboy Curly McLain and his romance with farm girl Laurey Williams. A secondary romance concerns flirtatious Ado Annie and her long-suffering fiancé Will Parker. OKLAHOMA! features musical themes that recur throughout the work to connect the music and story more closely than any musical ever had before.
Awaken your spirits once again to “Oh, What a Beautiful Morning." Have a romantic ride in "The Surrey With The Fringe On Top." Find out just how up-to-date everything is in "Kansas City." You get both dinner and the show at Roger Rocka's for $42 on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday Evenings. The brunch buffet & show at the Sunday Matinee is $45, and the full service dinner/show on Friday and Saturday nights is $48.
On Wednesday and Thursday, buffet service begins at 5:45, the Junior Company Pre-Show starts at 7:30, and THE PRODUCERS is at 8:00. On Friday and Saturday nights, dinner service is from 6:00 p.m., with the Junior Company Pre-Show at 8 and THE PRODUCERS at 8:30. The Sunday matinee brunch buffet is served from 11 a.m., with the Pre-Show at 1 p.m. and THE PRODUCERS at 1:30. On Sunday evening, buffet service starts at 5, the Pre-Show is at 7, and THE PRODUCERS goes on at 7:30.
At Good Company Players’ 2nd Space Theater
Good Company Players brings to the stage Reginald Rose’s TWELVE ANGRY MEN, the play where personal prejudices and personality clashes erupt in a jury room, setting in motion a high-pressure collision course of timely drama. Twelve jurors are gathered for their deliberations while a troubled young man accused of killing his aggressive father awaits his fate. When faced with playing the hangman each juror is forced to face himself and justice may be in jeopardy.
Denise Graziani directs this ultimate trial drama, with the jurors played by Mark Mckeon, Mike Buckman, Eric Estep, Noel Adams, Jarod Caitlin, Jim Brown, Mitchell Perez, Gordon Moore, Ronald Blackwell, Adrian Lopez, Henry Montelongo, Thomas Nance, and an appearance by Bryan Beckstrand as the Guard. TWELVE ANGRY MEN will play at the 2nd Space through April 18.

2nd Space shows play Thursdays at 8 p.m., Fridays & Saturdays at 8:30 p.m., and Sundays at 2 p.m. General admission is $16, and there is a student/senior rate of $15 at all shows. Whenever seats are available, student rush tickets are sold 10 minutes before curtain at all public performances.
